Oxana Nechaeva
Born on September 1, 1990.
In 2008, she graduated from the Ostankino Television School under the program "TV and Radio Presenter"
and had an internship at Channel One.
In 2016, she graduated with a specialist diploma from the Moscow Institute of Television and Radio Broadcasting with a degree in Film and Television Directing.
From 2016 to 2020, she worked in the concert-touring-production group. She organized concerts, worked with artists on the site during events, and there were more than 100 artists, organized tours of the collective.
At the beginning of 2021, she entered the Alexander Mitta Film School at the Amedia Film Studio in Moscow. She graduated from two directing programs, one of which was from the master of the course Dmitry Astrakhan, his film "Get Out" in 1991 was nominated from Russia for an Oscar.
After that, she graduated from the screenwriting course with the screenwriter Oleg Sirotkin.
In 2016, she made a documentary film "Konstantin Serebrennikov. The main victory" is the working title of the film "Serebrennikov". A biographical story from the life of a World Champion kick boxer fighter.
In 2021, she made two short films.

Evgeny Kolskiy, born on July 12th 1988, graduated from the Litovchin Broadcasting Humanities Institute where he received degree in cinematography and has over 15 years experience in the industry.
While he was still a student he was invited to work as a video engineer at the Ostankino Television Center.
Since 2009 Evgeny worked as a cameraman for the "MTV" channel on the show "Trendy" as well as variety of other television channels such as "Muz-TV”, “REN TV”, “STS”, “TNT” and “tvRain”.
Through his career he has been involved in notable television projects such as "Vacation in Mexico", "Top Model Russia in Paris”, “Comedy Club”, “Music Show L.A.B.”, “Fort Boyard” and "The Voice."
His filmography includes TV series such as
"Kitchen”, "Londongrad”, “I'm Losing Weight”, “Olga”, "Civil Marriage”, “The Perfect Family," and "Hotel Eleon”.
Later on Evgeny was a leading cameraman on international sporting events as "Universiade" in Kazan, “Acrobatic Rock'n'Roll World Championship” and
"FINA World Championship 2015”.
Following his two passions, cinematography and cars, Evgeny for over five years served as director of photography in the advertising campaigns for the racing team "G-Drive Racing" at the international annual competition "24 Hours of Le Mans” as well as DTM racing series , FIA World Endurance Championship, BMW Marathon, worked on campaigns for many automobile companies as “Audi”, “Toyota”, “BMW” and others.
Evgeny is not only known for his TV and commercial work but he is also a regular contributor to a number of fashion projects, events and runway shows such as "DIOR F/W 2013”, “Mercedes Benz-Fashion Week”, “Tommy Hilfiger” show during NYC Fashion Week”, "Bulgari”, “Van Cleef & Arpels”, “GQ Official Ceremony”, and “Glamour Woman of the Year Awards".
Evgeny is a winner at “Prague Music Video Awards”, “ World Film Carnival Singapore” and “Europe Music Awards” in “Best Music Video” category for directing music video “Faena” as well as winner at “Best Istanbul Film Festival” in the “Best VFX” category for “Waste my time”.

Also in 2023, he edited his first feature film in Los Angeles, which will be released in wide release next year. He had worked as a cameraman and a film editor for various projects for more than ten years. For the last six years, he has been cooperating with “Hoodyakov Production”.
He worked on a number of music videos for famous Russian performers such as Timati, Philipp Kirkorov, Egor Kreed, Valery Meladze, Morgenshtern and others. Formula 1
Mr. Kochubei was the Editing Director and Cameraman for a Mercedes-Benz commercial that was one of the most important productions throughout our partnership with the company. The video promoted a special project at the Formula 1 circuit in Sochi and featured Vitaly Petrov, the first Russian driver to compete in the Formula One World Championship. Formula 1 is the highest class and most prestigious car-racing event in the world. Mr. Kochubei demonstrated his mastery and extraordinary vision and the result of his work was simply outstanding.
“El Problemá” by Morgenshtern and Timati
The music video for the song “El Problemá” by Russian hip-hop celebrities Morgenshtern and Timati, which gathered nearly 150 million views on YouTube. Mr. Kochubei played an essential role as Video Editor perfecting the final video that was released to the public. Moreover, the song became the leader in Youtube/Apple Music/iTunes/Genius charts in Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Estonia, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, and Azerbaijan. The enormous success of the video can in large part be attributed to the exceptional expertise of Mr. Kochubei. In fact, the music video received a MUZ-TV music award in 2020, the Russian equivalent of the MTV awards and considered a major honor in the music industry. The fact that Mr. Kochubei was entrusted with the editing and perfecting of such prominent production is demonstrative of his acclaim and recognition in the field.
“Faena” by POLINA
I consider Mr. Kochubei to be one of the most exceptional video editors in the industry and his contributions to the music video by POLINA provides another example of his prowess. POLINA, aka Polina Gudieva, is a Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter who has worked with world-renowned musicians including Eminem (Grammy Award winning rapper), Steve Aoki (highest grossing electronic dance music artists in North America) Tiësto (voted "the Greatest DJ of All Time" by Mix magazine), and many others. Hoodyakov shot her music video “Faena” and Mr. Kochubei was instrumental to the editing process. The music video was the winner in the “Music Video” category at the World Film Carnaval in Singapore and won “Best Pop Music Video” at the Prague Music Awards in 2022. These awards are a clear testament to the exceptional quality of the video production, which tremendously benefited from Mr. Kochubei’s editing expertise.
“Chetko” by Artur Babich & Danya Milokhin
Hoodyakov commissioned Mr. Kochubei to employ his editing abilities for “Chetko,” a music video created for top TikTok influencers Artur Babich and Danya Milokhin. I personally invited Mr. Kochubei to lead the editing based on the difficulty of the work and my awareness of his exceptional ability to create top-caliber productions. As a result of Mr. Kochubei contributions, the video gained over 37.6 million views. Moreover “Chetko” was awarded the “Best Music Video” at Tagore International Film Festival, and Mr. Kochubei received personal awards for “Best Editing” at Diamond Bell International Film Festival and 1st Monthly Film Festival.
“Rolls Royce” by GeeGun
During the production of the video “Royce-Rolls” by GeeGun, Mr. Kochubei was essential at every stage of the editing process. The resulting video garnered more than 6 million views on YouTube, demonstrating Mr. Kochubei’s expertise in creating engaging and immersive videos.
Megafon and Bruce Willis
In this project, Mr. Kochubei contributed significant work as Director of Photography and Editor. In the making of this commercial for Megafon, the second largest mobile phone operator in Russia, Hoodyakov used technology to use Bruce Willis’s voice in the commercial. This proved to be an enormous endeavor and required Mr. Kochubei’s meticulous and advanced editing expertise to produce a flawless product.
Mondelez International
Mondelez International, owner of brands such as Tuc, Picnic, Dirol, AlpenGold Chocolate and Halls, commissioned Hoodyakov for a commercial in which we relied heavily on Mr. Kochubei. For this commercial we shot the Russia national football team and Mr. Kochubei proved an essential leader in the editing process.

Gordon Scott Venters. Mr. Venters has been the President & CEO of The Movie Studio FKA Destination Television, Inc. since 1996. To his credit, Mr. Venters is experienced as an Executive Producer, Producer, Writer, and Director. He has produced many full-length feature films and was the subject of a Forbes profile article in 2008. Valentin GROSU
Valentyn Grosu, born on August 1th 1988, in Ukraine, graduated from the Odessa film school and has over 13 years experience in the industry.
Valentyn began his career in the video industry by working as a video editor of news clips on Odessa in 2008, while still a student. In 2010, he directed his first music video for Ukrainian young artist Olga Bogart, who was at the show "Voice" and "X-factor". With this work Valentyn’s career has begun as a music video maker.
In 2014, Valentyn moved to Moscow, where he continued to make music videos for Russian and Ukrainian artists such as Vera Brezhneva, Rita Dakota, T-killah,Polina Gagarina, Gradusy, Julia Parshuta, Grigory Leps, 2 Mashi and many others.
In 2017, Valentyn directed the show of the artist from Belarus IVAN at the Eurovision Song Contest. It was a famous performance where innovative projection technologies were used on stage.
Since 2018, Valentyn has also directed several commercials for major brands.
In 2020, Valentyn returned to the field of television, but already as a director and began to work with the TV channel ZHARA. Valentyn is the main director of all the numerous music awards, as well as the Zhara festivals in Baku.
During his career as a director, Valentyn made about 120 music videos.
In 2022, Valentyn moved to Los Angeles and founded his own computer graphics studio Lustra FX. In one year his studio made about 25 large projects for top brands such as Bank Tochka, Alpha Bank, Yandex and many others and worked with the biggest productions such a Stereotactic and Hype productioin.
The largest and most recognizable proxy was the campaign for the Las Vegas Sphere, working on video for T-Mobile and Formula 1. Valentyn’s studio was one of the first to create content for the Orb for the largest global event.
Valentin also began to work actively with American productions as an art director of projects and supervised the creation of graphics for several short films, one of them brought Valentyn an award for the best special effects at the international festival. Lustra FX also worked on graphics for the film by American director André Batou. Valentin also participated in several major projects for Hulu and in the new promising PHOTON project, which will premiere at the Sundance Festival, project releases are announced next year.
